Your First Appointment

We can't wait to welcome you to our dental family! Our front office team is ready to answer your questions about scheduling, prices, insurance and direct billing, as well as any inquiries you have about our clinic, team, and services overall. We look forward to hearing from you!

Your initial appointment will usually consist of an exam and conversation about your oral health goals and concerns. We also welcome appointments to deal with specific issues, dental emergencies, or second opinions.

If you are a new patient, you will need to fill out medical and insurance forms before your appointment starts. You can fill out the form online, or complete a hard copy in our office. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your first appointment to complete any unfinished paperwork. Also, please bring a list of any medications you are on for our team to review.
